Since January 1, 2023 Mlekpol Dairy Cooperative has a new four-person Management Board, which is consisted of the people, who have been connected with the Company for many years. In addition, each member of the Board is a specialist in a different field – technique, production, commerce and finances.

Members of the Supervisory Board are elected by the General Assembly of SM Mlekpol in Grajewo for 4 years. Only members of Spółdzielnia may be elected to the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board includes 21 representatives of the Spółdzielnia’s members.
