The Dairy Production Plant in Radom has been part of Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Mlekpol in Grajewo since 1 October 2008. SM MLEKPOL in Grajewo joined with Rolnicza Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Rolmlecz (Agricultural Dairy Cooperative Rolmlecz), which had the Dairy Production Plants in Zwoleń and Gorzów within its structure. Thus, SM MLEKPOL incorporated three dairy plants.
The Dairy Production Plant in Radom of SM MLEKPOL buys and processes on average approx. 49 million litres of milk per year, exclusively from its own purchasing base. Radom and Zwoleń dairy products are made of milk from cows grazed on the cleanest Mazurian meadows. Natural milk producers, cows, are fed with non-GMO products.
The Dairy Production Plant in Radom is famous for producing various types of Rolmlecz homogenized cheese, particularly in natural, vanilla and vanilla with vanilla pod flavours. Radom also produces the variations of classic and Puszysty Łaciaty cream cheese. The Production Plant in Zwoleń specializes in producing whey powder.
The Dairy Production Plants in Radom and Zwoleń are constantly modernised.
So far, over PLN 100 million has been spent on modernising its production facilities. The technological lines for producing homogenized and cream cheese are fully modern, automated, aseptic and electronically controlled, guaranteeing the high quality of products supervised at every stage of production. The plant is equipped with a high-tech refrigeration plant.
