Dutch-type hard cheese, ripening. It has a mild, slightly dry taste and a delicate fragrance bouquet. Cheese with a uniform, firm consistency without eyes. It is ideal for exquisite sandwiches and as an addition to casseroles and pasta, excellent choice for cheese boards in the company of strong pickles. Złoty Mazur is rich in calcium, protein, phosphorus and potassium, thus it can wonderfully supplement children’s diet. The cheese is produced in Mrągowo.
