Natural Polish butter with a creamy flavour and a fat content of 83%. No added colorants and preservatives. Mleczarnia extra butter is the Mlekpol product line dedicated to the HoReCa channel. Its characteristic packaging is distinguished by a chequered pattern, higher packaging weight (than for an individual consumer) and the price specifically dedicated to collective nutrition. It works excellently as an ingredient in traditional cakes, creams and desserts, as an addition to various dishes and with classic sandwiches.
