Pizza with Mlekpol cheese

  • 400 g flour
  • 40 g yeast
  • 1/4 cup water + 3 tablespoons for the leaven
  • 7 tablespoons oil/ olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Herbs: basil, oregano
  • Tomato puree or concentrate, to spread the dough



Salami, ham, bell pepper, mushrooms and the most important ingredient – MLEKPOL ripened cheese. We suggest Jantar or Gouda cheese.

Description and Recipe

Prepare the leaven for pizza dough: add 3 tablespoons of water, sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour to yeast.


Mix and leave for 15 minutes.


Pour the remaining flour into the bowl. Add salt, herbs, water, oil and the leaven. Knead the pizza dough to make it smooth. This portion should be enough for two medium pizzas, so form two round balls of dough. In a bowl covered with a clean cloth, let sit them for an hour in a warm place.


When the dough has grown, form the shape of a pizza, place it on a baking tray. Spread the dough with tomato puree seasoned with a pinch of salt, sugar and herbs. Sprinkle with selected extras. On the top add the chips or slices of MLEKPOL cheese – Jantar or Gouda. Put the pizza in the oven preheated to 180 – 200 degrees – bake for about 15 – 20 minutes. Enjoy!
