Dressing: 1 jar small mayonnaise, 150 g MLEKPOL Greek yoghurt, teaspoon lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, curry
Sieve the corn, pour over with cold water and drain off.
Cut the fruit and Senator cheese into medium-sized cubes.
Quarter the walnuts.
Combine the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Finish with the dressing you prepared earlier. Leave to rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Serve slightly cooled.
