Exceptional ruddy doughnuts with vanilla flavoured cheese

  • 1,5 cup wheat flour
  • 400g (2×200 g cups) Rolmlecz vanilla flavoured homogenized cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 bars of frying lard
  • Caster sugar for sprinkling
Description and Recipe

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and velvety.

Melt the lard in a deep pot. Using a spoon place the dough in the hot but not boiling lard. Turn the portions halfway to make them nicely round.

Transfer the baked doughnuts to kitchen paper to drain.
