Cheese pancakes with whipped cream and fruit

  • 200 g Mazurski Smak semi-fat quark
  • 75 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 50 ml Łaciate Junior milk 3,8% fat


    Fruit sauce:

  • Frozen fruit
  • Sugar



  • Whipped Łaciata cream 36 % fat
  • Fresh fruit
Description and Recipe

Cook the frozen fruit in a saucepan with a dash of sugar. Stir all the time. The fruit should be soft with saucy consistency.

Mash Mazurski Smak quark using a fork, rub in the egg, add Łaciate Junior milk. Mix in the sugar and the flour, and stir thoroughly. The mixture should be thick, but slightly liquid. Pour the batter into a well-warmed frying pan lightly greased with a drop of oil. Fry your small pancakes on both sides until golden. Serve hot, with the fruit sauce, fresh fruit and swirls of whipped cream.
