Breakfast for lazy sunday mornings :)

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Łaciate milk 2% or 3,2% fat
  • 1 tablespoon Łaciate extra butter
  • 1 small/medium-sized tomato
  • ½ a bell pepper (any colour)
  • 2 slices of favourite cold meat/ ham
  • Slices of MLEKPOL Edam/ Gouda/ Złoty Mazur cheese
  • Salt, pepper, fresh herbs: dill, chives, parsley
Description and Recipe

Crack 2 fresh eggs into a mixing bowl and add Łaciate milk 2% or 3,2% fat. If you like some spice, add them at this moment. Quickly stir together using a wooden mixer churner or blend the ingredients until smooth. Heat some Łaciate extra butter in a frying pan. Make sure it does not burn. Peel the tomato off, cut into cubes. Wash and dice the peppers. Put the vegetables in the hot butter. Fry and stir, wait until water evaporates from the tomatoes. Then add the eggs battered with Łaciate milk and move the pan around to spread them out evenly. Now fry your omelette without stirring. Let it cook and firm up but be careful not to burn it. When the omelette is ready, but still has a little raw egg on the top, scatter over your favourite cold meat and add MLEKPOL ripened cheese. Finish with a garnish of fresh herbs. Slide the omelette onto a plate and fold it over in half.
