Wash the herring fillets in cold water and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Cut in small slices.
Grate the potatoes and beetroots using a thick grate.
Finely chop the eggs and onions.
Prepare the sauce in a bowl. Combine Mazurski Smak cream 18% fat with MLEKPOL natural thick yoghurt. Season the sauce with a pinch of sugar and salt. Add as much pepper as you like and sprinkle with the dill.
Arrange the layers of herring slices, onions, potatoes, eggs and beetroots in a salad bowl, in smaller dishes preferably made of glass or directly on a plate. Top with the part of the yoghurt sauce. Then place more layers in the same order and pour over the remaining sauce. Yuuuummmyy
