Pour in Łaciata cream (30% or 18% fat) and Łaciate milk (3,2% or 2% fat) in a heavy-based saucepan. Bring to the boil but don’t allow it to boil over. Reduce the heat, crumble the quality chocolate and snap it into the saucepan. Mix everything very thoroughly until the chocolate is melted and you get thick magical drinking chocolate. Pour into glasses/ ceramic bowls. Serve with a touch of whipped Łaciata cream 36% fat and/ or a dash of warming spices that will add piquancy not only to your chocolate 😉
