A perfect summery dessert – fast, healthy and delicious – is simply crafted by serving seasonal fruit with whipped cream. Unfortunately, high air temperature, predominating in the summer, is not favourable to ideal cream whipping. There are some smart ways, however, to make your whipped cream superb stiff 🙂
Prepare the seasonal fruit, e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or wild strawberries. Wash under running water, drain in a sieve. Serve nicely in glassy bowls with a decent portion of whipped cream 🙂 You can scatter over chocolate chips or chopped nuts and decorate with mint/ lemon balm leaves.
