Nutritious and easy breakfast for staying healthy and beautiful

  • 200 ml Mrągowska natural buttermilk (when you use Mrągowska flavoured buttermilk, e.g. strawberry, peach or baked apple – don’t add honey/ sugar)
  • 2 teaspoons honey or cane sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 2 – 4 walnuts
  • 10 raisins/ dried cranberry fruits
  • 100 g seasonal fruit, e.g. raspberries/ blueberries or peaches
Description and Recipe

Pour the oat flakes, chunks of shelled walnuts, raisins or dried cranberries with 200 ml Mrągowska natural or flavoured buttermilk (your favourite flavour). Leave to rest in a cool place for minimum 15 minutes.

If you use Mrągowska natural buttermilk, you can optionally sweeten the oatmeal with 2 teaspoons of honey or cane sugar. In summer, finish the oatmeal with a scattering of seasonal fruit, e.g. raspberries, strawberries or blueberries. In winter we recommend using defrosted fruit 😉
