Pour the oat flakes, chunks of shelled walnuts, raisins or dried cranberries with 200 ml Mrągowska natural or flavoured buttermilk (your favourite flavour). Leave to rest in a cool place for minimum 15 minutes.
If you use Mrągowska natural buttermilk, you can optionally sweeten the oatmeal with 2 teaspoons of honey or cane sugar. In summer, finish the oatmeal with a scattering of seasonal fruit, e.g. raspberries, strawberries or blueberries. In winter we recommend using defrosted fruit 😉
