Milky mousse with fruit

Ingredients
  • 250 ml strongly chilled Milatte milk 3,2% or 0% fat IMPORTANT: do not replace the milk if you want your mousse to have a velvety texture 😉 Milate is the type of milk with an increased protein content, thanks to which it froths and foams greatly and keeps its fluffy consistency for a long time.
  • 300-500 g frozen strawberries (raspberries, blueberries, etc.) – it’s best when you freeze the fruit yourself!
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar (cane sugar, optionally)
  • Mint/ lemon balm for decoration
Description and Recipe

Wash, hull and dry the strawberries. Halve the larger ones. Put the fruit into bags and place in the freezer for minimum 1 hour. In the autumn and winter season, you can take advantage of ready, purchased frozen fruit.

After this time, pour in strongly cooled Milatte milk 3,2% or 0% fat into a tall container. Add the frozen fruit and sugar. Whizz up in a blender or food processor until your mousse is smooth and fluffy – it takes only a couple of seconds 😉

Divide between dessert glasses. Decorate with mint or lemon balm leaves and beautiful fresh fruit.
