Exceptional cocoa cake

Ingredients
  • 100g Łaciate extra butter
  • 400 ml Milko kefir or Milko natural buttermilk
  • ½ kg wheat flour
  • 150 g fine sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 flat tablespoons quality dark cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
Description and Recipe

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Gradually add the wet ingredients: eggs, Milko kefir or Milko natural buttermilk, cooled melted Łaciate extra butter. Bring together into a uniform and smooth batter. Choose your favourite form adequate for a medium-sized cake. Prepare it for baking: line with baking paper or grease with Łaciate extra butter, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter. Put the form in the oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 45-60 minutes. When your cake is ready, leave to rest in the oven for about 15 minutes.
