Dips

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rolmlecz vanilla flavoured homogenized cheese
  • 1 cup MLEKPOL natural thick yoghurt
  • 1 handful chopped fresh herbs (e.g. dill, mint, lemon balm)
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1 clove of garlic
Description and Recipe

Dips, or cold sauces, are prepared on the basis of natural yoghurt, homogenized cheese or cream. They are a perfect healthy accompaniment to vegetables, cold meat, ham or crackers. The dips are quick and easy to prepare and no cooking is involved.

The base of a dip can be yoghurt or cream itself, however, you can also combine different bases, thus obtaining a richer taste and the desired consistency.

The taste and colour of your dips depend on your imagination and culinary preferences. We – as an inspiration – suggest a healthy dip with ROLMLECZ natural homogenized cheese and MLEKPOL natural thick yoghurt.

Combine MLEKPOL natural thick yoghurt along with ROLMLECZ vanilla flavoured homogenized cheese – stir thoroughly. Pour the finely chopped herbs into the dip base and season to taste with salt, sugar and pepper. Press in one clove of garlic. Stir everything very thoroughly a couple of times more. Cool the dip in the fridge. It is a perfect accompaniment to healthy snacks, especially raw or grilled vegetables.
