Cold soups with mlekpol curdled milk

Ingredients

    I variant:

  • 0,5 l MLEKPOL curdled milk
  • 0,5 ml Milko red orange yoghurt drink
  • 100 ml Łaciata cream 36% fat
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • Fresh mint

 

    II variant:

  • 0,5 l MLEKPOL curdle milk
  • 0,5 l Milko strawberry yoghurt drink
  • 100 ml Łaciata cream 36% fat
  • 200 g frozen strawberries
  • Fresh mint
Description and Recipe

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl using a blender or a food processor. The soup is ready for consumption, so you can eat it right away. If you like it more decorated, garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
