Blueberry smoothie

Ingredients
  • 250 ml milk (milk that you like and your body tolerates well, it can be lactose-free or plant-based)
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 lemon balm leaves for decoration
Description and Recipe

Wash the berries (if you think it’s necessary) and drain. Leave some of the fruit for decoration. Add the ingredients to a blender: milk of your choice, remaining blueberries and brown sugar, fasten the lid and whiz until nice and smooth or of the desired consistency. Serve the smoothie decorated with blueberries and a lemon balm leaf.
