SM Mlekpol reveals the secret

The producer from Grajewo does not refrain from surprising its consumers. As it turns out, the company hiding behind the slogan – I am special. I carefully choose what I eat – is Spółdzielnia Mleczarska MLEKPOL, whereas the advertised product – Mrągowska Buttermilk.

”We are a responsible food producer. We want to draw the attention of consumers to the importance of conscious diet planning. Being submissive to dietary fads mostly does not go hand in hand with the menu reasonably tailored to our needs. By recalling Mrągowska Buttermilk, we also remind about traditional Polish dairy products that for centuries were a natural source of nutrients necessary for the health of our ancestors. It’s worth drawing on the benefits of this tradition,” says Ewa Gromadzka, marketing manager at SM MLEKPOL in Grajewo.

Since mid-May, in the biggest Polish cities and on the Internet, black and white portraits have been drawing the attention of passers-by and Internet users. The slogan – I am special – has been credited with the faces of Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Mlekpol’s employees, selected by casting.

”We liked the idea of involving our employees in the campaign. They are true ambassadors of our company. They know how perfect this product is from raw material to its final version,” adds Ewa Gromadzka.

The subsequent stages of the campaign were revealed on June 6 at Comfort Food Studio in Koszyki near Warsaw, where a press conference took place revealing a short movie from the campaign backstage as well as its main characters.

The real star of the conference was, of course, Mrągowska Buttermilk, whose healthy properties were described by Anna Radowicka, dietician and propagator of conscious nutrition.

”Buttermilk is a source of valuable vitamins and minerals. It contains calcium, vitamins B2, B12, D and biotin. Systematic consumption of buttermilk reduces the level of bad cholesterol and blood pressure as well as it significantly reduces the risk of developing coronary diseases and prevents osteoporosis,” informs Anna Radowicka.

Julian Karewicz, chef, presented a comprehensive culinary application of buttermilk and during the meeting he prepared an original menu using this unique product.07
