“Quality Tradition” Certificate

The “Quality Tradition” Certificate is a mark of the national food quality system the aim of which is to distinguish high quality food products with respect to traditional products.

• Only products meeting the following criteria are accepted into the system:
• traditional composition,
• traditional method of manufacture,
• distinctive quality resulting from or expressing a traditional character of the product,
• distinctive quality or reputation distinguishing the product from other products in the same category.

The natural raw materials used to manufacture the product must meet the following requirements:

• full traceability,
• origin from organic farms or from farms with a production system applying Good Agricultural Practice and Good Breeding Practice excluding GMOs,
• characterised by traditional composition and method of manufacture.
