Pancake batter:
Pour 300 g of flour into a mixing bowl and add 3 eggs. Whisk thoroughly. Keep stirring. Slowly add Łaciate milk – in total 750 ml. Stir until the consistency is smooth and velvety.
Fry the pancakes on both sides in a well-warmed frying pan with a small knob of Łaciate extra butter.
Cut the apple into small pieces and fry in a frying pan with a bit of butter. Season to taste with ginger and cloves.
Combine the raspberries and thinly chopped mint leaves with Rolmlecz vanilla-flavoured cream cheese. Stir delicately.
Whip Łaciata cream 30% fat in a separate bowl. Add a dash of cinnamon and sugar with real vanilla. Mix together. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add to the whipped cream.
Stuff some of the pancakes with Rolmlecz homogenized cheese and raspberries, another with whipped Łaciata cream and strawberries. Top with the apples fried with ginger and cloves. Decorate with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle with a dash of caster sugar.
