Description and Recipe

Salt the flour and add Mrągowska natural buttermilk, stirring vigorously. Roll out the dough. Cut out tortillas using rings, fry in a dry and hot frying pan.

Cut the chicken in half, season with salt and fry in a frying pan with a drop of oil. Wash, deseed and dice the peppers, add to the chicken in the frying pan. Season to taste with smoked paprika. When the chicken is ready, remove it from the pan. Add Mazurski Smak cream 18% fat to the pepper. Season with salt and put the chicken back in the pan.

Cut the salmon flat into slices.

Halve the cocktail tomatoes. Break the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces. Combine with the capars.

Wash the cucumber, scoop out the seeds and finely dice. Add to Łaciaty natural cream cheese and season to taste with salt and white pepper.

Spread the tortillas with the cheese and cucumbers, put aside the tomatoes and capars, sprinkle with olive oil, season with Herbes de Provence. Arrange the salmon on two tortillas, and on other two – the sliced chicken.
