Fritters on curdled milk

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml Łaciate milk 3,2 % fat
  • 4 tablespoons MLEKPOL curdled milk
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • Sugar with vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons fine sugar
  • Fine-grained salt
  • Frying oil
  • 1 package of frozen fruit compote
  • Whole cinnamon
  • Ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon potato flour
  • 50 g fresh yeast
Description and Recipe

Start with preparing the leaven. Warm up Łaciate milk 3,2% fat. Meanwhile, crumble the fresh yeast and fine sugar into a big mixing bowl. Rub through precisely. Pour in the warm milk, add about 5 tablespoons of flour, mix thoroughly and leave to rest for about 5 minutes until the mixture gets thicker.

Then add 2 eggs, MLEKPOL curdled milk (4 tablespoons), the remaining flour and a pinch of salt. Whisk together well to have the consistency of thick cream. Set aside to prove, the best in the oven preheated to 50ºC.

In the meantime, put the defrosted fruit into a frying pan and bring to a boil adding a small amount of water. Dissolve the potato flour in water in a small bowl (about 100 ml), add to the boiling fruit and season with cinnamon bark and allspice. This way you can prepare a light homemade jelly with the consistency of sauce.

Fry the fritters in a frying pan with a drop of oil, on both sides. Serve with the home-made fruit jelly, garnished with sugar with real vanilla.
